Alterna was proud to be involved with the LA Galaxy in a charity soccer match with the foundation and David Beckham.

   
The Los Angeles Galaxy Foundation is dedicated to supporting and creating educational, health, and recreational activities and programs for children in southern California, with a specific focus on assisting under served and at-risk youth. The Galaxy Foundation is committed to encouraging, educating, and empowering the children in the Los Angeles community.

   

NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION
Alterna was proud to participate in Southern California's Celebrity Golf Classic for the National Kidney Foundation.

   
The National Kidney Golf Tournament is a competitive and fun event which calls attention to the prevention of kidney disease and the need for organ donation.

   

STEP UP WOMEN'S NETWORK

Step Up Women’s Network is a national, nonprofit membership organization dedicated to connecting and advancing women and girls. By bridging communities of professional women and underserved teen girls through mentorship, networking and advancement, this organization helps to ensure women and girls have the opportunities they need to create a better future.

   

MIA HAMM FOUNDATION

Alterna was a proud team member to the foundation during the Mia Hamm & Nomar Garciaparra Celebrity Soccer Challenge. The Mia Hamm Foundation is a non-profit, national organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for families in need of a marrow or cord blood transplant and the development of more opportunities for young women to participate in sport.

EBMRF | EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA MEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION

Alterna celebrated with the EBMRF at their CelEBration on the Pier event to raise money for medical research. The EBMRF is a volunteer, non profit Foundation dedicated to helping medical scientists learn more about EB, its causes, the development of successful treatments and, ultimately, its cure.

   

THE JUSTICE BALL
Alterna was a proud participant in the Justice Ball for Bet Tzedek.

   
Ensuring "equal justice for all" has been the rallying cry of Bet Tzedek since it was founded in 1974. The Justice Ball, now in its 15th year, has evolved into one of Bet Tzedek’s primary annual fundraisers. Bet Tzedek actually means “The House of Justice” in Hebrew. Each year, Bet Tzedek's staff and its army of 1,000 volunteer attorneys and paralegals serve nearly 15,000 people of all racial and religious backgrounds providing free legal services that address many of life’s basic necessities.

   

LYMPHOMA RESEARCH FOUNDATION

Alterna was proud to be involved with the LRF in their Strike Lymphoma Bowling Event. The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) is the nation's largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to funding innovative lymphoma research and providing people with lymphoma and healthcare professionals with up-to-date information about this type of cancer. LRF's mission is to eradicate lymphoma and serve those touched by this disease.

   

STARLIGHT CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION

Alterna was honored to be a part of Starlight Starbright: A Stellar Night Gala for the Starlight Children's Foundation. This organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children around the globe with chronic and life-threatening illnesses and life-altering injuries by providing entertainment, education and family activities that help them cope with the pain, fear and isolation of prolonged illness.
